Account. Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and email Google shares with us. We use Amazon Cognito to run sign-in; we never see your Google password.
What you tell Yalix. Your conversations, the documents you upload (resume, job description), your goals, and the notes Yalix keeps so it can remember you between sessions. Sessions are also recorded as audio so you can replay them and hear your own progress.
Usage and billing. Which sessions you ran, for how long, credits used, and your plan. Payments are handled by Stripe; we store a customer reference, never your card number. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics (Umami) to count page views and feature use.
To run your coaching sessions, to remember you so coaching improves over time, to bill you, to keep the service secure and free of abuse, and to review coaching quality during this early-access period. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Your session audio and transcript are sent to the AI provider powering the engine you chose (OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs or Sarvam) to generate the coach's replies, under our business agreements with them. Sign-in runs on Amazon Web Services; recordings are stored in Cloudflare R2; payments run through Stripe. Each acts as a processor on our behalf.
Memory, documents and recordings are kept while your account is active, because remembering you is the product. You can delete any uploaded document yourself, and you can ask us to show you or erase what Yalix remembers, to remove a recording, or to close your account and delete its data. Write to the address below and we will act within 30 days.
Yalix is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and delete its data.
