You must be 18 years or older to create an account or use the service. By creating an account and accepting these terms, you represent that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly serve minors; if we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete its data.
Yalix is an AI voice coach for career communication: interview practice, presentations, leadership and accent clarity. It is an AI, not a person, and it can be wrong. It is not a source of medical, legal, financial, or immigration advice, and it is not a substitute for professional counselling or therapy.
Yalix remembers what you tell it. That is the product. You can delete any uploaded document (resume, job description) at any time, and you can ask us to show you or erase what Yalix remembers about you. Conversations are processed by the AI providers powering your session; we do not sell your data.
Sessions are also recorded as audio so you can replay them and hear your own progress, and so we can review coaching quality during this early-access period. Recordings are retained while your account is active; if you want a recording removed, contact us and we will delete it. Accent diagnostic and weekly measurement clips are kept so you can compare your progress over time.
Referral credits are granted when a referred friend completes their first plan payment, and are limited to genuine new customers: self-referrals, shared payment methods, and other misuse void the credits, and we may revoke credits granted in error.
Use Yalix for its purpose. Do not use it to generate harmful, harassing, or unlawful content, to deceive others, or to attempt to extract other people's data. Yalix will decline such requests and we may close accounts that persist.
Plans bill monthly through Stripe and grant credits that conversation minutes consume at your chosen engine's rate. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle; top-up credits do not expire.
Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel any time from Manage plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep access and your remaining credits until then, and you are not charged again. Payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or prorated credit for partial periods, unused minutes, or top-ups, except where the law requires it.
New accounts receive a small number of free minutes once, so you can try Yalix before subscribing. Free minutes are for genuine new users and may be withdrawn where we see abuse.
